That’s the lyrics of the song. The song has a self-empowerment theme and was inspired by the elation that The Script felt after playing a sold-out stadium show in America. Shot in Johannesburg, South Africa, the music video celebrates the everyday heroes of the city, in particular, a father on his workday. The location was inspired by the song itself, with Danny O'Donoghue stating to Capital FM that, "We went to Johannesburg to shoot the video, there were about 200,000 people in the township and it's a pretty poor area. We went down and we set up a stage and basically this carnival atmosphere ensued."

"We had an amazing, amazing time," he added. "We spent a few days there and spent a lot of time with the people in the township, because they are our superheroes, people who are going through the hardest of times but can keep their head held high. That's basically what the song is about."

The song talks of the people in this world who've been fighting all their life and working day and night to make things work.

 

The Script is one of my favourite bands. I like this song. This song is very good to hear. And I think this song can motivate who heard because the lyrics have meaning very nice like even the superheroes must strive and struggle to get their power and to fly. This song teaches us to work hard and turn our pain into power that can make us successful.

“Education to Build a Better Future For All”

Education is very important for all people in the world. Even many people say that a person’s behaviour and attitude reflects his eductaion. A person that has bad attitude usually also has a bad education and a person that has good attitude also has a good education. Parents, friends, and his environment have big influence for a person’s education.

Indonesia has a pretty good education. But, facilities that is given by the government are inadequate in some schools in Indonesia. So the students cannot study well. There are some schools in Indonesia that do not have facilities like laboratory, library, computer, and many more. Also there are some schools that will leak when it rains.

To have good education for all people in Indonesia, all related parties should work fine. They have to work as it should be. Sharing of facilities should be evenly distributed to all schools in Indonesia. To make a good school, the teachers also have to work well and do not teach bad things on students like give answer key to the students when it is held an exam. For students, the schools can give a material or counseling to students to make the students behave well.

I think the other reason why the education in Indonesia has not been good is there are still so much corruption that take money that originally will be used to build a school or school facilities. To improve education in Indonesia, corruption must be eradicated and eliminated because it was very detrimental to the nation.

My name is Hanif. I was born in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. Now I want to tell you a little about this city and what is interesting here. Banjarmasin is the capital city of South Kalimantan. I was born there because my father was working there when my mother was pregnant. My parents were there from 1993 until 2002. I lived there about 2-3 years. My older sister also born there.

My house there is like this. Actually, this picture is not my house. But, my house looks like this. My house’s color is green and the fence is brown. It’s not big but a good place to live. My house in Banjarmasin is unique like the other houses there because it is connected to a swamp under the house with a very strong wood called iron wood.

 

This is one of the interesting places in Banjarmasin. It is a market. It is called Pasar Apung because the sellers and the buyers do the transactions on the boat on Barito River. Barito River is about 900 km long. It is the widest river in Indonesia that has width 650-800 meters. Many activities happen here and Pasar Apung is one of them. There are many things to buy here like fruits, vegetables, foods, and many more.

 

Last time I went to Banjarmasin was in 2011. And I miss to ride a unique boat called Perahu Klotok. This boat is called perahu klotok because its fuel is solar and it moves slowly so it make a sound like ”klotok klotok”. I took this boat very morning because it was not crowd and it was very cold. It was so fun to move around in the river with perahu klotok.

 

This is the other activity that happen in Barito River. It called Tongkang. It is a big flat boat that carry a coal from a city to another city. It is pulled by a little ship. It moves very often.

Above Barito River is Barito Bridge. Barito bridge has 1.082 m length. This bridge is is recorded as the longest suspension bridge in Indonesia. It connects Banjarmasin and Palangkaraya. It is very useful for people who want to go to Banjarmasin. Before the bridge was built, people used boat and barito river to go.

Okay that’s all I can tell you about Banjarmasin. It was fun there. I hope I can go there again next time.

School Life

School Life

My school is SMAN 3 Bandung. I like my school and after the first six months, I start to feel comfortable in here. It's not easy here. The lessons were hard and there were many homeworks that also not easy. Fortunately, I could follow it well. I like in here. I have many friends and they are kind. Many students are very smart and lot of students are smarter than me so I think it's hard to get top three in class. I think almost half of my exam's scores are under KKM. Even my physics and science math UH scores were always under KKM. Amazingly, I was not RMP on both subjects.

Period of SMA is more busy than SMP. In here, there are many activities out of school. Also there is often a group work and my friends' house are far from mine. There are more than 20 extraculicullar in SMA 3 but I just take three extraculicullars because my scores are not good yet. I don't want to be so busy to make me have time for study at home. Even though it's not easy, I still enjoy all my activities at school.

On Saturday, SMAN 3 Bandung held an event called Gamarvani. Gamarvani was held in Bali Field First, I went to school in the morning to do parade. It started at 8. All student in class 10 should participate. The parade started in Bali Field and ended in Bali Field. After parade, I with some of my frends went to Rafi's house. We played there. It was very fun there because there were so many games. We were there until 2 pm. After that we went back to gamarvani. We went there by car.

After arrived there, I saw a bandros was coming. Bandros was a bus that had an opened top part. I was going to go around with that bus but the driver said that it wouldn't moved again. So I went in to the gamarvani. There, I looked for food because I was very hungry and I drank a lot of milk. After that I prayed in mosque with Rizki. After prayed, I accompanied Rizki to school and took a rest. After 15 minutes, I went back to Bali Field. I watched music show and Tiloe's Theater. It was funny. Then, I walked around and heard to what was happening on the stage. There, I met some of my elementary school's friends and junior high school's friends.

After that, I prayed maghrib and ate dinner. I bought sausage and French fries. At that time, my handphone's battery was just still 5% so I turned off my handphone. Because of that, I couldn't take photo and video of the artists. At about 7 pm, the first artist, Adera appeared. After Adera finished, I took a rest in musholla. I was sleepy. So, I called my father to take me home. But, at that time, the second artist Hivi hadn't appeared. My father came at nine. Unfortunately, Hivi started to sing when my father came. But I was still happy to come to Gamarvani.

I have a new friend. His name is Yogie Ariana from x science 4. I call him Yogie. He is nice and friendly. He was born on March, 10 2000 in Bandung. He lives in Bojong Indah street number 5. He is from 14 junior high school. His favourite food is rendang. He likes math and he is very good at math. He has a unique hobby and his hobby maybe makes other people confused and stress. His hobby is solving math problems. His wish is to win math Olympics. His inspiring person is Pa Agus. Pa Agus is a math teacher in SMAN 3 Bandung. I am happy to know person like Yogie.
